Rajasthani Portraiture Featured in Artells Magazine
My recent portrait series exploring the visual identity of Rajasthan has been featured in Artells Magazine, a publication distributed across more than 50 countries in Europe and beyond.
The feature appears in the Men November 2025 Issue (Volume 3681) and includes my work on Rajasthani portraiture, particularly the photograph Man With Turban. The image focuses on cultural identity and the quiet strength often reflected in traditional Rajasthani attire.
Rather than polishing the moment too much, the intention behind this series was to keep the storytelling raw and honest. Portraits like this are less about perfect aesthetics and more about capturing presence — the expression, the posture, and the history that a face can carry.
Rajasthan’s visual culture has always been powerful. The turbans, textures, and expressions hold generations of identity. Through this portrait series, I wanted to document that authenticity in a straightforward and respectful way.
Being featured in Artells Magazine is an encouraging milestone, but more importantly, it’s a reminder to keep pushing the quality of the work further with every frame.
